Specificationsfor Plastic Laminate Toilet Partitions:

Doors
Overall finished product thickness shall be 7/8"; comprising .050 High Pressure Plastic Laminate meeting or exceeding NEMA standards, bonded under pressure using a high quality approved adhesive, to a core of 45lb density industrial grade particle board. To provide adequate resistance to moisture, edge laminate shall be applied first and face laminate last. Standard hardware for doors consists of: Hinges, latch, strike and keeper, coat hook with built in door stop and bumper; furnished in a standard Chrome Plated Zamak finish.

Panels
Overall finished product thickness shall be 7/8"; comprising .050 High Pressure Plastic Laminate meeting or exceeding NEMA standards, bonded under pressure using a high quality approved adhesive, to a core of 45lb density industrial grade particle board. To provide adequate resistance to moisture, edge laminate shall be applied first and face laminate last. Standard mounting hardware for panels consists of chrome plated Zamak brackets secured to pilasters and surrounding conditions by means of mechanical fasteners.

Pilasters
Overall finished product thickness shall be 1-1/4"; comprising .050 High Pressure Plastic Laminate meeting or exceeding NEMA standards, bonded under pressure using a high quality approved adhesive, to a core of 45lb density industrial grade particle board. To provide adequate resistance to moisture, edge laminate shall be applied first and face laminate last. See below for varying pilaster mounting hardware.

Mounting Hardware
All compartments are provided with necessary brackets and fasteners required for a normal installation. Ceiling Hung and Floor Mounted Pilasters are provided with Aluminum leveling bars secured to pilaster with bolts attached to embedded nuts for maximum structural integrity. Floor Mounted Overhead Braced Pilasters are provided with surface mounted angle brackets. All Pilasters have a 4" high Stainless Steel pilaster shoe to conceal attachment method and provide a visually pleasing finished product. Special hardware finishes and configurations are available for non-standard installations.
